At School Estate, a leading Texas Real Estate School, you have flexible options for completing your final course exams, a key step toward obtaining your Texas Real Estate License:
- Online Proctoring from Home: You can conveniently take your final exams from the comfort of your own home using one of our online proctors. For this option, you will need a computer or tablet (cell phones are not permitted).
- Third-Party Proctoring (In-Person or Online): Alternatively, you can choose to take your final exams either in person or online with a disinterested third-party proctor of your choosing.
Regardless of the proctoring method you select, the final exam for each course at our Texas Real Estate School consists of 60 questions. To successfully pass and move forward in the process of getting your Texas Real Estate License, you must achieve a score of 70% or higher on each final exam.
