A big thumbs up for the customer service at School Estate, and to Blaise Timco in particular.  I had an issue (which was completely my fault) and fully expected to get the runaround.  To my surprise, a live person picked up immediately after the IVR.  My issue was resolved on the spot, even though they had no obligation and had to go out of their way to do it.  I’ll definitely buy more courses in the future.
