Texas Real Estate Broker Courses
All of our online Texas Real Estate Broker courses are valid for 6 months from the date of enrollment. There’s a 3-day grace period during which you can drop the course without penalty. After 3 days, refunds are not available.
Maximum Daily Study Time: TREC does not permit you to study more than 12 hours per day. For example, if you start a course on March 2 at 11:00 AM, the earliest you can take the final exam is March 4 at 6:00 AM.
Course Completion: You cannot start and complete more than one 30-hour course within the same 3-day period. TREC will not award credit for courses that do not comply with these requirements. To obtain a certificate of completion for a 30-hour course, you must wait at least 3 days after starting the course.
Please ensure you meet these requirements before attempting the final exam.
