  • Complete Pre-Licensing Education: Successfully pass all six required 30-hour pre-licensing courses from a Texas Real Estate School like School Estate.
  • Submit License Application: Once your education is complete, submit your Texas Real Estate License application online through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) website.
  • Receive TREC Approval: After TREC approves your application, you will be eligible to schedule your exam.
  • Schedule Exam: Choose your preferred test time and location on the Pearson VUE website.
  • Understand the Exam Format: The Texas Real Estate License exam includes 125 multiple-choice questions:
